Once we review and approve your account, we will send your login and you can begin shopping!
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
As a manufacturer direct marketplace, we allow our manufacturers to use their most cost-effective and reliable shipping methods.
All of our partners ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on the number of vendors included on your order, you may receive multiple packages.
Most of our manufacturers ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
You will receive tracking information via email shortly thereafter and will be able to track your shipments until they arrive!
Does HAZE Charge For Shipping?
Some of our brands offer free shipping, others affordable shipping rates.

Can I Return A Product?
If you have received a defective or broken product, please reach out to the manufacturer via their warranty or claims page on their website for directions on submitting a claim.
